Svetlana Storozhuk was born in 1973 in Chernobyl, Kyiv oblast.

In 1995, she graduated from T. Shevchenko Kyiv National University with a degree as a geographer-country expert, expert on foreign economic activity.

Since April 1995, she has been working at SE Ukrainian Industry Expertise.
