Education: Ukrainian Agricultural Academy. Graduated at 1985; economist – mathematician.

post-graduate of the V. Hlushkova Institute of Cybernetics, 1989-1991, econometric modeling. PhD in Economics.

Social activities: expert of RRP (“Reanimation package of reform” group) – the investment attracting; deregulation; development of small and medium businesses; Board Member of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the Committee of industrial modernization of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, member of European business associations.
